STAFF PROFILE

Currently Bruce manages the Food Section of The Stainless Factory as he did for 10 years with his previous employer as part of their Management team.

Bruce has done extensive work for Fonterra working on machinery installation and pipe fitting.  In addition he has been involved in building components for Stalk and Niro dryers and has ongoing involvement in research and development projects for clients such as Ballance Agri-Nutrients, Fonterra and Sandfords. 

Bruce is well respected within the food industry and is known for his ability to manage projects on time, to MAF standards and to a level which exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Richard Lowe
Richard Lowe brings 26 years experience to The Stainless Factory including three years in Project Management for Westfalia Separator and B.W. Murdoch Limited prior to the launch of The Stainless Factory. 

Some of the key projects Richard has been involved with include the New Zealand Dairy Products $18 million, 20 month site upgrade in Takanini, Auckland; the install of a wet area for Dryer No. 2 at Te Rapa, Hamilton and a five month separation upgrade at Tirau Dairy Company.

Richard has a very hands-on style of management with great project management and people skills which enable him to provide realistic, practical solutions for both staff and customers.

Sean Cresswell
Sean Cresswell is the 3D-CAD Manager of The Stainless Factory, and brings with him 25 years experience within the heavy and precision engineering industry. Sean’s previous position as a Fitter Welder for 17 years and focused mainly on machining and tool making.

While working for a large injection moulding firm, Sean became the CAD Manager for 6 years, having had humble beginnings of a single 2D drawing table, which quickly became a full multi-workstation, fully equipped design studio using automotive clay modelling, laser scanning technology and CNC manufacturing.

Sean has lead tooling projects in excess of $5 million for companies such as Holden Special Vehicles, Toyota and Kohler, with great success. Sean offers assistance to any project, and always has the customer’s best interest in mind.
